世界内燃机大会由中国内燃机学会于 2018 年发起，是世界各国家、地区和组织共同参与的内燃机行业综合技术交流盛会。大会每三年一届，涵盖国际学术交流、高峰论坛、技术成果推广、高端产品展览和现场技术考察等活动，旨在为世界内燃机及其相关行业搭建协同创新、和谐发展的综合性平台。
近百年来，内燃机为各领域提供了便捷、高效的主动力，推动了人类社会的进步。当今降低碳排放成为动力能源领域发展的主旋律，多元化动力技术发展突飞猛进，内燃机必须满足更高效、更清洁、更智能、更可靠的社会发展要求。
2024 年世界内燃机大会诚邀您与其他来自世界内燃机行业的顶级科学家、企业家、专家、学者等广大科技工作者共聚中国天津，以“绿色 高效 可靠 智能” 为主题，共同探讨技术热点、难点，助力于内燃动力与其他动力技术的融合创新，内燃机全产业链的协同发展。
The World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines (WICE) was initiated by the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines (CSICE) in 2018. It serves as a comprehensive technical exchange event for the global internal combustion engine industry, attracting participants from various countries, regions and organizations across the world. Held every three years, the congress consists of international academic exchanges, summit forums, promotion of technological achievements, exhibition of high-end products and technical tour, among other activities. It is aimed to build a comprehensive platform that promotes collaborative innovation and facilitates the harmonious development of the global ICE industry.
For nearly a century, internal combustion engines have been the driving force behind convenience and efficiency in various industries, propelling forward the progress of human society. Today, carbon emission reduction has become the central focus of development in the field of power and energy, leading to remarkable advancements in diverse power technologies. To meet the demands of social development, internal combustion engines must be designed in a more efficient, cleaner, smarter and more reliable manner.
The 2024 WICE cordially invites you to join other top scientists, entrepreneurs, experts, scholars, and technological professionals from the world's internal combustion engine industry in Tianjin, China. Under the theme of "Green, Efficient, Reliable and Intelligent", we will explore technology trends and address technical difficulties through joint efforts. Together, we will contribute to the integration and innovation of ICE power with other power technologies, promoting the coordinated development of the entire ICE industry chain.

The internal combustion engine (ICE), as a hallmark of the Second Industrial Revolution, continues to play an irreplaceable role in human society. Well into the future, it will remain the dominant power source for land transportation, maritime shipping, and construction machinery, with its position unshakable.
Today, there is a growing emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction, and the ICE is the most promising product for these goals, both presently and in the future. The rapid development of modern technologies has been applied to ICE, revitalizing its potential. To provide a platform for global manufacturers, component suppliers, users, universities and research institutions in the ICE industry to exchange ideas, facilitate technological innovation, business model innovation, and foster close cooperation, the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines (CSICE) initiated the World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines. The 2024 Congress will be held in Tianjin, China on April 19—23, 2024, under the theme of "Green, Efficient, Reliable and Intelligent". We believe this will be a grand gathering for exchanging ideas, inspiring wisdom, and building consensus, to lead the new development of the ICE technology and the whole industry.

大会推荐20家行业领军单位，在会议区展示近年来的新技术、新产品、新成果。
20 leading enterprises, research institutes, and universities in the ICE industry are expected to be invited to showcase their new technologies, products, and achievements in recent years in the conference area.
首届大会和第二届大会分别于2018年11月和2021年4月在江苏省无锡市和山东省济南市成功召开。两届大会参会代表3500余人，其中中外院士55位，行业知名专家和企业家250余位，国际科技组织领导人及外宾近200人。邀请国际知名专家做大会主题报告，并征集优秀学术论文。大会同期举办国际内燃机行业的新技术、新成果、新产品发布、交流和展示，参展的国内外企业近350家，参观展览人次近2万。
两届大会受到了中国科学技术协会、地方政府和行业领导的大力支持，万钢、何光远、马伟明、项昌乐、苗圩、金东寒、李骏、黄震、李书福等关心指导。
第二届大会受到央视新闻联播“联播快讯”、凤凰卫视“时事直通车”等重要媒体栏目的重点介绍，百余家中央及省市主流媒体报道了大会盛况。
The first and second editions of the congress were successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in November 2018 and Jinan, Shandong Province in April 2021, respectively. More than 3500 representatives attended the two congresses, including 55 Chinese and international academicians, over 250 industry-renowned experts and entrepreneurs, and nearly 200 leaders and guests from international scientific and technological organizations. Moreover, internationally renowned experts were invited to deliver keynote speeches, with numerous excellent academic papers being collected. Concurrently, the conference featured the international release, exchange, and exhibition of new technologies, achievements, and products in the ICE industry. Nearly 350 domestic and foreign enterprises participated in the exhibitions, attracting nearly 20,000 visitors.
Both editions of the congress received strong support from the China Association for Science and Technology, local overnments, and industry leaders.
The second edition was highlighted in important media programs such as CCTV News Broadcast and Phoenix Evening Express, with over a hundred central and provincial mainstream media reporting on this grand event.
